What this site is

Portland RV Rentals is a listing finder. It searches Outdoorsy for motorhomes and trailers within 50 miles of downtown Portland and shows them with notes on length, type, pickup and delivery. Towable searches can also link to RVshare. The site owns no RVs, employs no drivers, inspects no vehicles and runs no rental counter. These terms cover your use of portlandrv.rentals. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Your booking is with the host

Every rental you find here is booked on the marketplace, with the host who lists it. That booking is a contract between you and the host, under the marketplace's own terms. For Outdoorsy, those are the Outdoorsy Terms of Service. Age limits, deposits, cancellation, mileage, pets, insurance, protection plans, pickup, return and damage claims are all set by the host and the marketplace, and they appear on the listing and in the marketplace's terms. Portland RV Rentals takes no booking, deposit or payment, is not a party to the rental, and cannot change, refund or cancel a reservation. Read the listing and the marketplace's terms before you pay.

How this site earns money

Links to Outdoorsy go through Outdoorsy's affiliate network, and links to RVshare go through its affiliate program. When you book after following one of those links, the marketplace may pay this site a commission. The site adds nothing to what the marketplace charges you, and a commission does not change which listings the site shows or how it describes them.

Who this site is not

Portland RV Rentals is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Outdoorsy or RVshare, and it does not speak for any host, campground, park or public agency named on the site. Product and company names belong to their owners.

Figures, dates and listings

Counts, medians and shares on the site come from dated reads of the Outdoorsy listings near Portland, such as the September 19, 2026 read of 499 listings. Listings change daily, so any figure can be out of date by the time you read it. Listing details come from the hosts and the marketplace, and the site does not verify them. The price, availability and rules shown on the live listing at checkout are the ones that apply.

The chat assistant and the phone line

The chat window on this site is an automated assistant. Its answers are generated by software from the site's own pages, and it can be wrong. The phone line may also be answered by an automated assistant. Both give general information only. Neither can book, change or cancel a rental, and neither gives legal, insurance, licensing or mechanical advice. Confirm anything that matters with the host, the marketplace or the relevant agency, such as Oregon DMV for licence questions.

If you are an RV owner

If you send an enquiry through the owner form, the site uses what you send to reply to you and, if you ask about management, to introduce you to an independent local operator. That operator is a separate business, and any agreement you make is between you and them. How the site handles personal details is set out in the privacy policy.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and for your own trip planning. Do not misuse the contact form, owner form or chat, send spam through them, try to break or overload the site, or copy its pages at a scale that harms it. The site may block access that does any of these things.

Content and links

The site's own text, data summaries and graphics belong to Portland RV Rentals. Listing photos and descriptions belong to the hosts or the marketplaces that publish them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms, and Portland RV Rentals is not responsible for their content or for what happens on them.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as available. Portland RV Rentals makes no promise that the site, its figures or the listings it shows are complete, current, accurate or free of errors, or that any listing will be available or suit your trip.

Limits on liability

Portland RV Rentals is responsible only for the website itself. It is not liable for the condition, safety or performance of any RV, for anything a host or marketplace does or fails to do, or for any loss that comes from a rental. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited. You agree to hold Portland RV Rentals harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the site changes. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
